Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, employees and customer needs.
Act as the voice of the CEO/customer, ensuring that product decisions are allowing the CEO to operate the company, add value, user centric, and can have a great overview of new changes.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet company’s needs and remain competitive.


Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with CEO and stakeholders including development, marketing, and operations teams.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, technology, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Work cross-functional teams in the execution of product plans, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with product customer success and other teams to develop plans to go-live, provide proper training and support products.
Lead, guide and mentor team members and Product Owner in the same team.
Creating and owning the product Business requirements document (BRD) and product delivery with Technical team, Designer, and Product Customer Success teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Super curious, attention to detail, analytical, great at communication and proactive.
Experience in the logistics industry or a related field is preferred.
Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital product management and technology-driven products.
Knowledge of the logistics industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
