Job Description

Responsibilities:   

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, clarify business requirements, and validate proposed solutions for software products. 

- Working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. 

- Creating and maintaining project and product documentation, including business cases, business models, project scope, functional specifications, prototypes/mockups/wireframes, diagrams, workflows, user cases, user stories/product backlog items, glossaries, lessons learned, and user guides. 

- Managing changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper impact analysis and communication to stakeholders. 

- Verifying team output through usability testing, validating \"before\" and \"after\" results from the changing system, and conducting acceptance testing. 

- Training key users and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live processes. 

You will have the following skills and experience: 

- 5 years of experience as a business analyst. 

- In-depth experience with at least one prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure RP, MS Visio). 

- Experience with any of the following platforms: Large-scale web applications (e.g., e-Commerce, ERP, SaaS web app), F&B related platforms, Loyalty, CRM, POS, SAP, multiple system integration. 

- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent. 

- Strong communication and presentation skills. 

- Detail-oriented and goal-driven. 

- Nice to have: 

+ Experience in collaborating and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. 

+ Experience in non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, and scalability. 

+ Knowledge of business analysis methodologies based on professional guides or possession of a professional BA certificate (e.g., IIBA ECBA, IIBA Agile Analysis Certification, or PMI PBA). 

+ Experience with UML and UML tools. 

+ Knowledge of programming and data structures.
