Job Description

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of reskilling and upskilling programs for employees in the embedded systems & IT domain.

* Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.

* Collaborate with all stakeholders (including department heads, team leaders, Indian Talent Hub team, etc.) to deliver training program smoothly.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.

* Act as a main contact point to integrate new Talent platform in BGSW Vietnam.

* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees participating in the training program.

* Roll-out of Platform (tool) & maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.

* Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Minimum 6 years experience in related field

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

* Experience in Embedded or IT software Development

* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Experience in working together with a corporate L&D environment is a plus.
