Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales / Business Development Executive with strong sales acumen to pursue and secure new business opportunities to join our team for a challenging and rewarding career.


  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, developing effective strategies to target and engage with them.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions that address client requirements and showcase the company\'s expertise.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors, gathering market intelligence to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.


Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of securing at least one IT outsourcing project.
  • In-depth understanding of different outsourcing models, such as staff augmentation, project-based outsourcing, and managed services, and the ability to recommend the most suitable model for clients based on their needs.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with clients in IT outsourcing industry.
  • Possess a good understanding of the United States and other English-speaking markets\' characteristics and culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
