Job Description

1. Develop/Design electrical & automation solution for improvements projects:

* Works out the PLC program requirements with the stakeholder and consults what is viable, feasible and desirable.

* Design electrical drawings by EPLAN, PLC programming, supervise electrical installation, commissioning.

* Align PLC program design with stakeholders to secure function of the machine and identify potential risks before implementation.

* Verification, validation and implementation of PLC program design through proto\'s to fulfill customer requirements and hand-over to operations.

2. IT security control and risk assessments:

* Planning, preparation and coordination of IT security checks of all machines in the factory.

* Software documentation and planning of back-up systems.

* Coordination of suppliers in the context of IT security in manufacturing.

3. MES solution implementation support:

* Collaborate with manufacturing and IT teams to define MES requirements and scope of work.

* Design, configure, and implement MES software and hardware solutions.

* Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with requirements.

* Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the MES system.

4. Other tasks:

* Additional responsibilities, tasks, projects assigned by leader.

Qualifications

1. Education

* Bachelor\'s degree in Automation, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Work experience

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, automation or related field.

* Able to do IT security analysis to spot weaknesses or resolve incidents.

* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production environments

* Experience with software development methodologies and tools

3. Traits and Skills

* Strong technical knowledge of Siemens, Beckhoff PLC, HMIs, Labview, variable frequency drives, servo

* High motivation in discovery, creation/development of new things or system.

* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a developing environment.

* Requirement elicitation and definition together with different levels of background customers.

* English skill: verbal communication, able to read and understand technical documents.

* Communication and collaboration.
