Working Location: Ho Chi Minh city, or Ha Noi city, or Da Nang city.
Japanese Business Support - Call Center Staff who will provide business operation support service to Japanese clients. The position involves daily communication with Japanese client to handle various kinds of service requests as follows:
• Handle queries, questions from customer.
• Check the operation/process in system.
• Give answer and resolution for customer\'s questions/difficulties.
• Collaborate with multiple team (Japanese team, India team) to analyze and resolve the problem.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
• Japanese level: N1/N2 or equivalent (especially speaking and writing skills).
• Have experience working with Japanese customer and Japanese system.
• Good understanding of Japanese\'s working culture, Japanese\'s business manner.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional, or multi-national team environment, work directly to client for analyses and collect requirements.
• Good at logical thinking and analysis.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
