BPS (Bosch Production System) Senior Specialist- Up to $1000/month

1. BPS System Approach

* Coordinate & execute the process of S-CIP to adapt with business needs and resolve internal interest conflicts

* Coach S-CIP HoDs, BPS coordinators, project leaders in improvement projects

* Ensure standards and progress of S-CIP & Point-CIP, continuously improve these standard

* Integrate digitalization with BPS strategies

* Involved in working on introduction of new strategies

2. BPS Maturity

* Conduct and coordinate BPS assessment & provide expert guidance to multi-level stakeholders across departments & functions.

* Guiding and coaching all hierarchies in finding solutions to fulfill BPS requirements

* Coordination of complex processes based on target & management of diverse stakeholders

3. Value Stream Development

* Coaching the VSL & HoDs in Vision development, VSM, VSD

* Initiating/steering the improvement of value stream (information & material flow) 

4. BPS Method Consultancy

* Provide consultancy for BPS competence (e.g., Pull, Value stream planning & Standardized work)

* Focus on innovations & optimization in cross functional areas 

5. BPS Exchange & initiative

* Promote usage of new campaign & method: BLI, Speed week, Benchmark exchange

* Collaborate with PS/BPS, IPN BPS, ASEAN BPS

* BPS GO: Introduce and coordinate the implementation 

6. Other tasks assigned by manager



Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education

* Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master), preferably in production engineering.

2. Work experience

* 2-3 years work experience in production environment, exposure to industrial engineering, production planning and logistics

* Excellent English language skills, German language is a plus

* Ability to lead complex projects
