Job Description

Location: 5th floor, Zodiac Building, 19 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi | Working time: Monday – Friday (From 9:00 – 18:00) | Type: Full-time / Part-time You can be flexible about study time and required to be in the office at least 3 times/week | Key Responsibilities: Support resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures, Support Inventory & purchasing IT devices/ tools, Support onboard and exit process, Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support Support maintenance Wired network and Wireless, Support monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules Qualifications, Have good knowledge of Windows, MacOS and Linux, Good understanding of virtualization platforms (Xen, KVM, Vmware,..), Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing, firewall device, Basic English communication | Nice to have: Certifications of CCNA, MCSA, Office365 Administrator, Azure Administrator | What you get to learn when joining SmartDev: Learning and training on systems: Office365 for businesses (Mail, Sharepoint....), Jira system (issue and project management), Network (wifi, firewall...), Host system (Windows, Linux), Virtualization system (Xen), Endpoint Device management system
