Job Description

We are looking for Technical Support to join the Seadev team. Your role is to support Seadev in setting up all the websites and software products for domestic and international clients. The successful candidate should be a team player, comfortable working in a dynamic multicultural, English speaking environment and teachable.

What will you do?

- Collaborate with Project Coordinator(s) to collect, review, and enter business details and production data to set up the client’s system and onboard them into ShedPro’s ecosystem.

- Provide lists of missing items or data verification feedback to PCs and AMs; support the provision of Kickoff Meeting notes.

- Execute system, feature, or data updates on clients’ sites during the maintenance phase.

- Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information and clarify any data-related issues.

- Quality Control:

• + Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data entered, ensuring data integrity.
• + [Optional] Assist with testing new models (components and structures), with the ultimate goal of testing new features (after at least 1 year in the Technical Support role).

Requirements:

- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and WordPress.
